Welcome, local provider! Let’s connect:

While we aren’t currently hiring new collective members, we are always pleased to connect with local providers either for networking and collaboration, or to help you start your own practice, if that’s what you’re considering! Join our network and we will connect with you personally!

—Rebekah and The Real Work Collective

The intention of The Real Work is to challenge the traditional group practice model which often underpays clinicians and requires a number of clinical hours that is not sustainable. This contributes to burnout and resentment, impacting the community and the clients we want to serve. The intention of the Collective is to bring together a core group of individual and child specialists who can work together without the stress of a traditional agency hierarchy or the loneliness of Private Practice—thus making you a more connected and relaxed clinician!
