Join The Real Work
At The Real Work, we believe children grow through connection, play, safety, and relationships.
We are a multidisciplinary collective of therapists, occupational therapists, and child development specialists who support children and families through a neurodiversity-affirming, relationship-based lens. Our work is grounded in attachment, relational neuroscience, sensory processing, interpersonal neurobiology, and the understanding that behavior is communication.
We're looking for an Occupational Therapist who shares these values and is excited to be part of a collaborative, thoughtful team that genuinely enjoys learning together.
Whether you're seeking a part-time caseload, a full clinical schedule, or something in between, we are committed to helping clinicians build work that feels meaningful, sustainable, and aligned with their strengths.

The intention of The Real Work is to challenge the traditional group practice model which often underpays clinicians and requires a number of clinical hours that is not sustainable. This contributes to burnout and resentment, impacting the community and the clients we want to serve. The intention of the Collective is to bring together a core group of individual and child specialists who can work together without the stress of a traditional agency hierarchy or the loneliness of Private Practice—thus making you a more connected and relaxed clinician!
