A space for kids to connect with nature and each other.

Small, led by therapists, and hosted in natural settings in Beaverton and Portland, our nature-based social groups are designed to nurture neurodivergent kids and connect them with one another and with nature.

Our Nature-Based Groups

  • Two children gather dried lavender and purple flower petals in a small plastic container on a green metal table.

    Occupational Therapy Groups

Groups of 3-5 led by Occupational Therapists, designed specifically to enrich your child’s therapy or occupational therapy goals.

  • A woman playing guitar outdoors while a young boy touches the guitar strings, surrounded by children.

    Social Enrichment Groups

Non-therapeutic groups designed and led by therapists—a no-pressure space for your child to connect with similar peers and make friends.

Why do we offer social groups outside?

Many kids (and adults) connect most naturally in an outdoor setting. Our nature-based therapists have specific training in using nature as a therapeutic partner and are trained to incorporate the therapeutic benefits of nature into treatment to help your child with:

  • Social connection

  • Occupational Therapy Goals

  • Confidence and Self Esteem

  • Coordination, Regulation, and Control
