Payment

We are a private pay group practice and out-of-network. To streamline payment for services, you will be given access to the HIPAA compliant Simple Practice Client Portal. This is where you’ll communicate with your therapist, share and receive forms and documents, manage upcoming appointments and schedule changes, and keep a payment card on file. We auto-process payment on the day of the appointment and accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.

Cancellation Policy

Your spot is reserved just for you! If you do not show for your scheduled therapy appointment, and/or you have not notified your clinician at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full fee of the session.

Insurance

Because we are private pay and out-of-network, we do not directly bill insurance. Upon request, we are able to provide a receipt or superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider for seeking reimbursement. Please let your clinician know if you have questions or would like more information.

Clinician Rates

Depending on therapeutic need, many of our clinicians offer both online and in-person sessions.

Typically sessions are scheduled as weekly or bi-weekly.

Mental Health Therapy for Kids, Teens, and Parents

  • 30-minute Parent Consultation: $90

  • 30-Minute Parent Session: $90 (30 minutes)

Occupational Therapy

Mary O’Connell, OTR/L

An initial Occupational Therapy evaluation is required before ongoing treatment begins.  Initial evaluations are performed over 2-3 sessions, depending on the child’s age, presenting concerns, and complexity.  Evaluation session is billed at a rate of $500.

Following an evaluation, Occupational Therapy treatment sessions may be recommended.  Treatment sessions and/or parent education last approximately 50-60 minutes, depending upon the child’s age and ability. The fee for this appointment is $160 per session. 

Emilee Hunter, OTD, OTR/L

An initial Occupational Therapy evaluation is required before ongoing treatment begins.  Initial evaluations are performed over 2-3 sessions, depending on the child’s age, presenting concerns, and complexity.  Evaluation sessions are billed at a rate of $200 per hour, and individual sessions will range in time.

Following an evaluation, Occupational Therapy treatment sessions may be recommended.  Treatment sessions and/or parent education last approximately 53-60 minutes, depending upon the child’s age and ability.  As of January 2024, the fee for this appointment is $175 per session. 

Music Therapy

Mikelia Wallace, MT-BC

  • Intake and assessment session : $120.00

  • 50-minute Music Therapy session: $105.00

  • 30-minute parent consultation: $70.00
