FAQs
Do you accept insurance?
No. We are a private pay practice, which means we do not accept insurance. Payment is due at time of service and we accept most major credit/debit cards, as well as HSA. Some of our clinicians can provide you with a receipt for services to submit for out-of-network reimbursement, upon request.
Where are you located?
We have two locations, located across the street from each other, in downtown Beaverton at 4775 SW Watson Ave and 4990 SW Watson Ave, Beaverton, OR 97296.
What kind of information will we discuss during the initial consultation?
The initial consultation call is an opportunity for you to meet and learn about the therapist, and for the therapist to meet and learn about you. Be prepared to briefly discuss your primary reasons for seeking therapeutic support and your hopes for engaging in therapy services. Feel free to ask the therapist about the modalities they use, their experience with your primary concerns, and any other questions you might have about the therapy process. Finding a good therapeutic fit is super important!
Do you provide higher level of care/crisis services?
Our clinic specializes in providing outpatient therapy and support for children, teens, and parents navigating various kinds of challenges. However, we are not a crisis clinic and do not offer higher levels of care, such as intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization, or inpatient services. If you or your child are experiencing a mental health or medical crisis or require immediate assistance, we encourage you to contact emergency services, visit the nearest emergency room, or reach out to a dedicated crisis hotline. We’re here to provide ongoing therapeutic care, but safety and immediate stabilization should always come first.
