Do you accept insurance? We are a private pay practice, which means we do not accept insurance. Some of our clinicians can provide you with a receipt for services to submit for out of network reimbursement. Learn more here
Do you Provide In-Person Therapy? Yes! we are currently offering both online and in-person therapy. Our office and therapy playroom is located at 4790 SW Watson Ave, Beaverton OR
What days are you open? Rebekah, Bonnie, Amber, and Lahela provide therapy services on weekdays. Please let us know your schedule preferences and we will work to find a match for you!
How often will we meet for therapy and how does it start? We typically begin with an Intake session to go over your history and goals for treatment, followed by regular, recurring weekly or bi-weekly therapy sessions. If you decide one of our therapists is a good fit for you, you will determine your schedule at the end of your inquiry call--for example, Thursdays at 2:00pm.
Appointment Structure:
Initial Inquiry Call: Your free 15 minute call used to determine the best fit for you.
Intake Session: 60 minutes, held virtually using our secure video platform, and with the purpose of taking a detailed family history and creating a treatment plan.
Follow up individual therapy or Play Therapy sessions. Held in-person or virtually depending on your choice, and typically provided once per week.
Parent consultation sessions are held about every 4-6 weeks if your child is in Play Therapy. These sessions are held virtually and serve to help provide you with updates, skills, and insights around supporting your child.
