Support Groups for Parents

At The Real Work, we see first hand how much parents are craving connection with other parents who get what it’s like to struggle with supporting a kiddo’s behavioral or regulation challenges, and navigate the loneliness that often comes with various seasons of parenting. From Parent Book Clubs to Education & Support Groups, we have seasonal offerings just for you!

Gabi created a thoughtful, respectful and safe space that allowed for reflection, questions, and dialogue. I so appreciated her expertise and experience from a therapy lens, while also wondering with us and sharing herself. I left this group feeling inspired and recharged as a parent supporting a child with a sensitive nervous system!
