About Me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in working with children, adults, and families. I specialize in providing developmentally responsive counseling services for young children using Child-Centered Play Therapy. I also enjoy supporting parents and caregivers in their relationships with their children using Child Parent Relationship Training.
My work is grounded in a person-centered approach, meaning that you can expect our work together to be relationally focused and guided by your individual needs. I believe that understanding, self-compassion, and genuineness are foundational to growth. I aim to empower clients in their wellness journey through psychoeducation and connection with resources in order to support you in making the changes you wish to make.
In addition to supporting children and families, I also serve as an adjunct professor for a master’s counseling program.
Outside of my work as a counselor, I enjoy hiking, exploring tide pools on the Oregon coast, and spending time with my loved ones.
